Retained approach.

Retaining a recruitment partner who can guide you through a process end to end, providing real time updates on the search and pertinent market information gives you more control and visibility. Typically a retained process applies to permanent appointments and includes:

• Writing the job and person specification

• Proactively identifying relevant candidates through search, and sourcing candidates through a mix of headhunting, networking and dual branded advertising

• Effectively pre screening – relevant qualification checks, eligibility checks and assessment of skills and cultural fit

• Offering expertise throughout the recruitment and interview process and managing offers, counter offers and feedback

This approach creates a genuine partnership, accountability for the search and maximum exposure for the opportunity, enabling us to provide a higher quality bespoke service.

Interim approach.

Interim appointments on a fixed term basis are becoming more and more common following the implementation of the IR35 legislation. Where you have critical projects to deliver on, maternity or paternity cover within your team or long term sickness, we can identify individuals available at short notice on the interim market.

Fixed term can offer a flexible way of hiring without engaging day rate contractors which can be a very costly solution.

Contingent approach.

Contingent recruitment refers to a success only service, where a fee is only payable upon placement of a candidate. This is applicable to both permanent and interim appointments.

We can provide contingent recruitment services on an exclusive basis, where you are not looking for a full market search, and would just like to receive relevant CVs from us.

This way of operating can also allow for you to engage with multiple recruiters on the same search, which we appreciate is sometimes the process companies follow as standard practice.
